About Terms of Service Abuse

Companies collect and sell the data of its users, while they remain unaware
Users click "I agree" without reading the Terms of Service in its entirety due to its verboseness
This then leads to them remaining unaware of how their data is used

Analysis of Consumers:

Studies show that consumers DO care about their data privacy.
A study conducted showed that users would charge 80 dollars for access to their personal information.
The same study also reported that consumers feel as though they should have control over who collects their data.

Feelings Aren't Enough

Despite consumers being against predatory data collection, no action has been taken.
Social Media companies collect as much user data as possible while privacy bills keep failing to pass.
